Going Bare this Summer with Confidence

Many women fear going to the beach because they’d have to show a lot of skin. More often than not however, it is not our own bodies that have the problem, it’s the swimsuit we choose. Looking good at the beach is easy if you pick the right beach wear. So aside from packing that very strong sunblock to protect your skin, you should be ready with a nice swimsuit that accentuates your assets.

So should you go for a two-piece or a one-piece? Beautiful women at the beach usually wear one-piece suits to make things more interesting. These swimsuits usually show more back and will stop you from showing a lot of your tummy. Others on the other hand show lots of cleavage or their thighs –making sure that they only show their assets and not the “unsightly” parts of their bodies.  What one should remember however is that no matter what kind of swimsuit you choose, you should always have a balanced silhouette.

Got small breasts? Look for a swimsuit that has a bit of padding or underwire. This will make your body look more beautiful. Bandeau tops are also advisable as well as tri-tops so better look for those. It is also advisable that you get a separate color for your top and your bottom. This means that a two-piece suit is way better than a one-piece one if you do not have the boobs to fill out a different kind of swimsuit.

If you are blessed or what one would call well-endowed on top, you would require extra support. Getting an underwire top is a good idea. For the design of your top, you should look for halter-top bikinis, one-piece swimsuits that accentuate the bust area but avoid trip tops and bandeau's.

For those who have short legs or those with a short torso, wear a solid color for your bottom and a printed bikini top. Opting for a one-piece suit is also a good idea as long as you get one with a plunging neckline –this will make you look longer. For those with long bodies, you can get swimsuits with horizontal strips or those made from velvet or stretch terry. Cut-out suits will also make you look sexier.
